Welcome! Here is the simplest path to get your business running on EAZYDEV. Do these in order — each one takes a few minutes.
- Create your business (name, currency).
- Add your first product (what you sell).
- Add opening stock (how many you have now).
- Add your suppliers (who you buy from).
- Record your first sale (when a customer buys).
- Add your expenses (rent, transport, data, etc.).
- Invite your staff and give them the right role.
- Review your reports to see profit and low stock.
- Turn on data export or backup to keep your data safe.
You can always come back to this list. Your dashboard shows a "Start here" card until you have added products and recorded a sale.
Example
If you run a provisions store: add "Indomie carton" as a product, set opening stock to 20, then record a sale when a customer buys 2 pieces.
