Your getting-started checklist

The 9 steps to set up your business the right way.

Welcome! Here is the simplest path to get your business running on EAZYDEV. Do these in order — each one takes a few minutes.

  1. Create your business (name, currency).
  2. Add your first product (what you sell).
  3. Add opening stock (how many you have now).
  4. Add your suppliers (who you buy from).
  5. Record your first sale (when a customer buys).
  6. Add your expenses (rent, transport, data, etc.).
  7. Invite your staff and give them the right role.
  8. Review your reports to see profit and low stock.
  9. Turn on data export or backup to keep your data safe.
You can always come back to this list. Your dashboard shows a "Start here" card until you have added products and recorded a sale.

Example

If you run a provisions store: add "Indomie carton" as a product, set opening stock to 20, then record a sale when a customer buys 2 pieces.
