EazyStock builds its privacy program around the principles of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and NDPC guidance. This statement describes our readiness — the controls we operate and the work in progress.

Honest scope: we describe ourselves as NDPC-aligned with NDPC readiness underway. We are not claiming formal NDPC registration or certification. Where formal filing applies to a business, that step is on our roadmap and we will update this page when our status changes.
