In EazyStock, stock simply means the goods or products you sell in your business — the items on your shelves. We sometimes say “stock” or “inventory” (the professional terms) and sometimes “goods” (the everyday word). They all mean the same thing.
Yes, from the Starter plan up. Each member gets their own login and sees only what their role allows (Owner, Manager, Staff, or Viewer). Owners control everything.
Yes. “Goods”, “stock” and “inventory” all mean the products you buy and sell. If a word ever looks unfamiliar, read it as “the goods I sell” — that is exactly what it means.
When a Staff member submits a stock change, it sits in a "pending" queue. Your records don't change until an Owner or Manager approves it. If you reject, the stock stays exactly where it was, and the rejection reason is logged for the audit trail.
Use Record Supply (Goods In). Add one line per product with its cost price, and an optional supplier and receipt. You can enter loose pieces or whole cartons/rolls/packs — EazyStock converts them to pieces and increases your goods count automatically.
Yes. Nigerian customers pay via Paystack in NGN. International customers pay via Stripe in USD. We never convert — the price you see on the pricing page is the exact amount you'll be charged.
Record a sale on the Sales or Offline POS screen, add the customer and payment, and approve it. EazyStock reduces your goods (Goods Out) in real time and updates your profit and reports. You can also record a quick Goods Out for damage, loss or internal use.
Yes. Every business's data is fully isolated — no team can see another's products, movements or members. Two-factor authentication is available on every account (authenticator app or email code).
Goods In means goods coming into your shop (a supply or restock) — it adds to your count. Goods Out means goods leaving your shop (a sale, damage or adjustment) — it reduces your count. EazyStock keeps a full history of every Goods In and Goods Out so nothing is lost.

Yes. Cancel from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds and we don't lock your data.
When you enable 2FA, EAZYDEV shows you eight single-use recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe — each one logs you in once if your device is unavailable.

Yes. Unpaid and part-paid sales are linked to a customer, so you always know who owes you and how much, with reports for receivables.
Business plan and above can connect Google Drive and back up their data. Free and Starter plans get data export instead. We never claim a backup is active unless it is configured and tested.
Business plan and above can publish a read-only link so customers can browse what is in stock without logging in. It shows only product name, category and optional price/quantity — never cost, profit or private data — and can be turned off or regenerated any time.

You can upgrade any time. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Your plan is activated only after your payment is verified by our server, never before. Downgrades are handled by support.

Yes. EazyStock supports two-factor authentication (email code or an authenticator app), enforces role-based access and data isolation between businesses, keeps a full audit trail, and encrypts data in transit.
Yes. In Business Settings the owner can switch each reminder on or off (daily summary, low stock, sales, expenses, approvals, maintenance and more). Subscription and security alerts are always on. Business-plan alerts need a Business plan or above.
You get a 7-day grace period with full access, then the account moves to the Free plan. Extra businesses are locked, never deleted — all your data is preserved and comes back when you renew.
You can request cancellation any time. Cancelling moves you to the Free plan and preserves your data. Payments already made are non-refundable, so you keep access for the period you paid for.
