Audit Logs

What audit logs mean

See who did what, and when.

The Audit Log is the history book of your business. It records important actions so nothing is a mystery.

What it shows

  • Who did it (which staff member)
  • What changed (a product, a sale, a price, a setting)
  • When it happened

Example

If stock changes unexpectedly, open the Audit Log to see which staff member changed it and at what time.

Audit logs are for managers and owners. They never show passwords or payment secrets — only safe, business-level activity.
