Dashboard Overview

How to navigate your dashboard

A plain-English tour of every section in your dashboard.

Your dashboard is your business control room. Here is what each menu item means, in simple words.

The main sections

  • Dashboard — your business overview: today's sales, low stock, and quick numbers at a glance.
  • Products — the items you sell or store (e.g. "Indomie carton").
  • Stock In — record it when you buy or receive new stock from a supplier.
  • Stock Out — record it when stock leaves WITHOUT a normal sale (damage, theft, personal/internal use).
  • Sales — record it when a customer buys and you receive money.
  • Customers — the people or businesses that buy from you, and what they still owe.
  • Suppliers — the people or businesses you buy stock from, plus their invoices and waybills.
  • Expenses — money your business spends (rent, transport, data, salaries).
  • Branches — your different shops, stores or warehouses.
  • Staff / Members — your team, each with a role that controls what they can do.
  • Approvals — changes a staff member made that are waiting for the owner or manager to approve.
  • Audit Logs — a history of who did what and when.
  • Reports — summaries of how your business is doing (profit, debts, branches, customers).
  • Business Health Score — one simple score that tells you how the business is doing overall.
  • Goals — targets you set (like a sales target) with progress and tips.
  • Billing — your EAZYDEV subscription and payments.
  • Backups / Data Export — keep a safe copy of your business data.
