Your dashboard is your business control room. Here is what each menu item means, in simple words.
The main sections
- Dashboard — your business overview: today's sales, low stock, and quick numbers at a glance.
- Products — the items you sell or store (e.g. "Indomie carton").
- Stock In — record it when you buy or receive new stock from a supplier.
- Stock Out — record it when stock leaves WITHOUT a normal sale (damage, theft, personal/internal use).
- Sales — record it when a customer buys and you receive money.
- Customers — the people or businesses that buy from you, and what they still owe.
- Suppliers — the people or businesses you buy stock from, plus their invoices and waybills.
- Expenses — money your business spends (rent, transport, data, salaries).
- Branches — your different shops, stores or warehouses.
- Staff / Members — your team, each with a role that controls what they can do.
- Approvals — changes a staff member made that are waiting for the owner or manager to approve.
- Audit Logs — a history of who did what and when.
- Reports — summaries of how your business is doing (profit, debts, branches, customers).
- Business Health Score — one simple score that tells you how the business is doing overall.
- Goals — targets you set (like a sales target) with progress and tips.
- Billing — your EAZYDEV subscription and payments.
- Backups / Data Export — keep a safe copy of your business data.
Finding things
- On a computer, the menu is the sidebar on the left.
- On a phone, tap the menu button (three lines) at the top to open the sidebar, then tap a link to go there.
- The ? Help button at the top opens this Help Center any time.
